Schools issue 2-hour delays ahead of icy Monday morning commute

PORTLAND, Ore. —
After weekend winter weather and freezing overnight temperatures, a few school districts announced 2-hour delays for Monday morning.

Transportation officials said they plan to work overnight to address any ice, however, drivers are asked to use caution through the morning commute.
As of 5 a.m. Monday, the following schools have announced 2-hour delays:
Multnomah Co. Schools
- Corbett Sch. Dist. - 2 Hours Late
Clark Co. Schools
- Battle Ground Public Schools - Battle Ground High School classes will start two hours late. All other schools are expected to continue on schedule unless inclement weather causes schedule or transportation changes on Monday. Please watch for any further updates as a result of snow and/or poor road conditions. More Info (For Mon. Dec 5th)
Columbia Gorge Schools
- Centerville Sch. Dist. - 2 Hours Late, AM buses on snow routes. East/Mr Bigbie, SW/Ms Logsdon routes on snow route.
- Dufur Sch. Dist. - Closed
- Goldendale Sch. Dist. - 2 Hours Late. Goldendale buses on snow routes 2,3,5,10,12
- Klickitat Sch. Dist. - 2 Hours Late
- Lyle Sch. Dist. - 2 Hours Late, AM/PM Buses on snow routes
- Mill A Sch. Dist. - 2 Hours Late.
- Mt. Pleasant Sch. Dist. - 2 Hours Late, AM/PM buses on snow routes
- Sherman Co. Sch. Dist. - 2 Hours Late
