We recently said goodbye to Splash Mountain at Magic Kingdom, as the ride closed to make way for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. The new Princess and the Frog version of the attraction will open in 2024, so until then, we’ll be sharing construction updates to show the progress of the project. And here we are with news already about what’s taken place.

One new show is World of Color — One, and we were lucky enough to check it out before it officially debuts at Disney California Adventure. Bob Iger is BACK as Disney’s CEO and already making some changes — could Genie+ changes be next?. We’ve already seen “organizational” changes announced for the Walt Disney Company due to Iger’s return, indications that Iger could make a change that’ll reverse a Chapek decision, and other adjustments made as a result of his return. Fans are hoping for MANY, many more changes though. So here’s a full look at just what Iger could change about Genie+ (and whether he actually might do it).

There’s a fleet of buses, a few Monorail lines, boats, and the Skyliner. It’s fun to use the more unique options, like the Monorail and Skyliner, and they’re often faster than the buses and boats anyways. Disney World has experienced a lot of changes over the past few years — almost too many to count. But, of course, that’s what we’re here for. We’re here to keep track of all the changes to better inform you ahead of your next trip to the parks. One major change that’s happened is the extended pause of the Disney Dining Plan. We haven’t seen it in effect since before the parks shut down for the global pandemic. Disney HAS said that it will return in the future, but it’s been a while since they made those comments. So, what would have to happen for the DDP to return?

The Disney100 Celebration is kicking off with…well, a LOT!. In Disneyland on January 27th, there will be a number of new things to celebrate the 100th Anniversary — Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway will officially open, Disneyland will get a new nighttime show — Wondrous Journeys, there will be new character costumes, new decorations to enjoy, new food to eat, and SO MUCH MORE. But if you are looking for another way to celebrate, you’ll want to visit Disney California Adventure Park to see their NEW nighttime show — World of Color — ONE!

We’re getting ready to kick off the Disney 100th Anniversary celebrations, and we couldn’t be more pumped!. From special events and merchandise to delicious eats and treats — there are plenty of events throughout the year where you can expect a good time. Right now, we’re gearing up for Celebrate Soulfully events at the Disney parks, and Disney just released the FULL LIST of eats and drinks we can expect to enjoy!

If you want to go to some EXCLUSIVE events, Disneyland is the place to go!. Disneyland After Dark is returning in 2023 with 2 themed events — Sweethearts’ Nite and Princess Nite. During the events, you can see beloved Disney characters, get one-of-a-kind photo opportunities, and access exclusive eats, unique merchandise, and MORE. Tickets already became available to purchase, but if you’re wondering just what kinds of eats you’ll get at one of these events, we’ve got a BIG update!

It’s finally happening, people!!! After a long, looooong wait, Roundup Rodeo BBQ will be opening in Disney World soon!. This new Hollywood Studios table service restaurant has been keeping us on our toes for quite some time. It was originally set to open in 2020, but the pandemic delayed that. Then, Disney announced we’d get to eat here in 2022, and that changed too. But now we have an official opening date for Roundup Rodeo BBQ!

Are you a runner? Do you participate in runDisney events?. Maybe you were at Disney World recently for the 2023 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend. Or maybe you’re looking forward to runDisney events that will eventually return to Disneyland in 2024. Disney invited us out for a media event to preview the new merchandise and other 100th Anniversary celebrations, and we’re taking you along to see what you can expect. The new collections are set to become available on Friday, January 27th. (In fact, we already know that the Eras collection will be released on the 27th on shopDisney.)

Something has CHANGED at EPCOT. Well, actually, a LOT of things are changing in this park! The parking lot has new character themes and signs, a brand NEW walk-through attraction is coming, and a whole area is being refurbished to feature some festival-specific areas. But now another change has been made to this park.
