Why do so many comments suggest the guy was illegal, his name is Koch, and even if his name was Hispanic many Hispanics have been here for decades some for centuries. Yes, I don't agree with illegal entrants busting in the back door, illegal entrants need to be deported but for Pete's sake don't label everyone illegal just because you make a false assumption.

I know the person who's car was shot. His family has suffered so very much in the last 5 days! This was absolutely tragic and needless! it make you wonder why bad things happen to good people. Lot of people are afraid to go anywhere! 🙏🏻🙏🏻😢😢

Second man arrested in connection with fatal hit-and-run crash in Tucson

TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - A second man has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run pedestrian accident that happened in Tucson in late 2021. The Tucson Police Department said Manfred G. Rivas, 49, was hit near Stone Avenue and Fort Lowell Road on Dec. 31, 2021. The TPD said Rivas was hit by two vehicles and neither remained at the scene.
