Christmas painting class, Lights of Aksarben, storytime with Santa, meet Santa and his reindeer, and a Christmas movie showing are among the things to do the week of December 5.
A free virtual Christmas painting class will take place on Thursday, December 8 at 7:00 p.m., according to the Facebook event page.
Attendees will be led by artist Luba Carlson to paint Winter Angel.

Lights of Aksarben – Spirit of Santa Express will take place on Friday, December 9 in Stinson Park, according to the event Facebook page.
Stinson Park has been lit up with holiday decor, and it will play host to the event both Friday, December 9 and Friday, December 16 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
There will be live music, crafts with Mrs. Claus, cocoa with a cop, and more.
On Saturday, December 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., there will be a chance to meet Santa and his reindeer at the Bel Air Plaza, 12100 W Center Rd., according to the Facebook event page.
The family can come take photos with Santa and his reindeer in a heated tent for free while holiday shopping.
There will also be complimentary treats like hot cocoa and cookies.
The Adams Park Community Center, 3230 John A Creighton Blvd, will play host to Storytime with Santa on Saturday, December 10, according to the Facebook event page.
The event is free and open to the public, and attendees can enjoy a sweet treat and some coloring pages afterwards.
It starts at 10:30 a.m.
Barel and Vine, 1311 S 203rd St., is hosting a Sunday Night Christmas Movie Series throughout December, according to the event Facebook page.
On Sunday, December 11 from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., they will show The Year Without Santa Claus.
There will be complimentary popcorn and candy canes.
