UPDATE:
Jh’Isaiah Decarl Franklin, the driver involved in Sunday's police pursuit turned deadly crash, has been charged with attempt to elude resulting in death and homicide by vehicle.
He is scheduled for a bond hearing Tuesday morning.

According to the Mobile Police Department, three people were injured and one killed during an early Sunday morning police chase.
It happened just before 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, when officers noticed a vehicle with no tag on University Boulevard.
During an attempted traffic stop, the vehicle sped off, leading Mobile Police on a chase.
The pursuit was called off as the vehicle crossed into Prichard's jurisdiction, heading north on Highpoint Boulevard.
The driver, identified as 18-year-old Jh’Isaiah Franklin, then lost control of the vehicle before crashing into a tree.
Franklin, along with three passengers identified as 18-year-old Jaylin Alexander, 21-year-old Charity Mills, and 19-year-old Kailyn Draine were all transported to the hospital.
Draine was ejected from the vehicle during the crash and died from her injuries.
This is an ongoing investigation.
