Police say a driver was arrested for narcotic sales after police pulled him over Friday night in Fresno.

Fresno Police Detectives say they were patrolling the area near Bullard and Cornelia Avenue when they pulled over a driver for multiple vehicle code violations.

When the officer talked to the driver, they say he admitted to having a marijuana “wax pen” on him.

Since the driver was 18 years old, officers say it is illegal for him to have the item, and his car was searched.

During the search of both the driver and the car, police found ten THC pens, six THC wax containers, marijuana edible gummies, 9.5 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, baggies for distribution, two replica firearms, and $735.00.

The driver was arrested for narcotic sales.
