WORKWEEK. THAT TIMELINE COMING A MASSACHUSETTS WOMAN IS FACING FELONY CHARGES AFTER ALLEGEDLY STEALING NEARLY $30,000 WORTH OF MERCHANDISE FROM STORES. THE MALL AT ROCKINGHAM PARK, 31 YEAR OLD RACHEL MCKINNEY WAS ARRESTED WEDNESDAY IN CONNECTION TO THE THEFTS. SALEM POLICE SAY A TRIO OF WOMEN STOLE THE ITEMS BETWEEN JANUARY, JUNE OF THIS YEAR. Woman arrested in connection to string of thefts at The Mall at Rockingham Park
A Massachusetts woman is facing felony charges after allegedly stealing nearly $30,000 worth of merchandise from stores at The Mall at Rockingham Park. Salem police said Rachel McKinney, 31, of Wakefield, Massachusetts, was arrested on Nov. 30 in connection to the thefts. Police said a trio of women stole the items between January and June of this year. The same group of women are suspects in multiple thefts from clothing stores at malls in Nashua, Manchester and stories in Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island that total known loss of merchandise at more than $200,000, police said. The women would wear masks during the thefts and made the identification of thieves difficult, police said. McKinney was released on personal recognizance bail and is expected to be arraigned on Jan. 5. There is an active arrest warrant for one of the other alleged perpetrators.
