Willow star Warwick Davis has addressed the possibility of a second season of the Disney+ series.
Reprising his role as Willow Ufgood 34 years after the original 1988 film, Davis told Digital Spy that he would be happy to do a second season – if audiences are happy with the first, that is.
Speaking of the series creator and writer Jon Kasdan, Davis said: "Jon Kasdan is such a prolific writer, his mind never stops.

"So he keeps coming up to me saying: 'Hey, Warwick I have this great idea. We could do this, that and the other. I go: "Okay Jon, shall we just see what happens with this one first?'"
Providing the support is there from fans and audiences, Davis said he would be "excited" to reprise the role yet again.
"But I'm excited to go back. Of course, I would. But let's just see," Davis added. "If the audience supports us with this then I'd be happy to put the wig on again and get my staff out and start doing some more magic."

When asked whether he thinks his character has changed or evolved since the original movie, Warwick said: "Oh very much so, yeah. He's older now, wiser, still as reluctant, and still as stressed out as he was.
"But has he become a better sorcerer? That's the question. Has he learned anything about sorcery? Because if you think about the film, he never really did any real magic particularly. A little bit, but most of it was kind of just sleight of hand.
"And he's lived on the success of that since we saw him in the film until we find him in the series. And it's fun when we explore that in the series as well."
Willow episodes one and two are available to watch now on Disney+ with new episodes dropping weekly on Wednesdays.
