Searching for season art project to do with your little one? This is the perfect, simple Christmas crafts for kiddos of all ages! Once they are done you can hang them up as ornaments, or use as Christmas cards. the holiday season can be stressful, and exspensive, so I put together this diy project with your wallet in mind. You should have these few materials laying around the house somewhere, and as a bonus it will keep your kids super entertained for a while!
Materials-
- paper plate
- hole punch
- yarn, string or ribbon
- crayons, colored pencils or markers
- optional- colored paper, glue stick, glitter
Steps-
- Take a paper plate and hold punch around a ‘tree’ shape. (Roughly a triangle)
- Cut a few lengths of yarn for your kids. Green is nice to use, but any color will work!
- Let your little ones weave the yarn in and out through the hole punches, until it looks like a filled in tree.
- Once they finish with the yarn, glue down the end So that its secure.
- Allow them to decorate the plate, and tree with any supplies you’ve gathered.
- Hang up and enjoy!
