Oklahoma Game Wardens arrested two men they call "notorious wildlife violators".
Game Wardens found Dustin Higgins and Darrell Gregory near Foraker in Osage County last week.
Wardens Larry Green and Spencer Grace said the two convicted felons were in possession of a firearm, had no driver's license, were hunting without landowner consent in an untagged and uninsured truck, and had an illegal deer head in the feed box of the truck.
The wardens said the vehicle was impounded. Higgins is currently booked in the Osage County Jail on eight charges; three counts of carrying or possessing a firearm by a convicted felon, unlawful possession of wildlife, possession of a controlled substance, obstructing officers, removed/falsified or unauthorized identification and receiving/possessing or concealing a stolen vehicle.
Gregory was booked into the Osage County Jail with one count of carrying or possessing a firearm by a convicted felon.
