PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Despite emergency measures, a 23-year-old motorcyclist died at the scene of a crash in Bethany Saturday afternoon, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office said.
Callers to 911 reported the crash near 15160 NW Laidlaw Road around 4:45 p.m.. Within 3 minutes a deputy arrived and began working on Feliciano Cruz Morales. More deputies arrived along with paramedics from TVF&R. But the Hillsboro resident succumbed to his injuries, officials said.
The driver of a 2019 Kia Niro stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators, officals said.
The investigation is ongoing. No other information is available at this time.
