Its really tragic that a kid had to die for anyone to listen to this. There is absolutely no continuation of care in OYA and no accountability for them.

Why had he been there for 4 years and the parents weren't up to date with his treatment plan nor mental state? He was there for a reason, right?

So will the 2 + million bring him back? Probably not, but it buys a lot of cool stuff. Here’s a novel idea,, pay back ALL the money the state put out for his care. (We all know they won’t), but,, he wasn’t there because he “was a good kid”.. I hope the big bucks “heals” your pain.. 🤦🏼‍♀️
