PORTLAND, Ore. —
Clackamas Fire kicked off their “Operation Santa Claus” Saturday morning.

Operation Santa Claus has been a tradition for Clackamas Fire District #1 for 48 years.
Officials say that they will re-introduce some of the community parades, however, they will not be accepting donations during the parade, instead, they will have five donation drop-off events throughout the community.
Two parades are left on the schedule, December 6 in Clackamas and December 8 in Oak Grove/Milwaukie.
Donation Drop-off Events will take place on the following dates and times:
- December 3 Oregon City Hilltop Cinema Parking Lot 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- December 4 City of Happy Valley City Hall 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- December 7 Clackamas Fire Training Center Grounds 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- December 10 Clackamas Fire Station 14 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- December 11 City of Milwaukie City Hall Parking Lot 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
