NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – State police are investigating a crash that happened Saturday morning. 36-year-old Timothy Broccolo was killed in the incident, police reported.
The New Mexico State Police responded to a crash on US 550 near milepost 105 around 6:47 a.m. The crash involved one commercial motor vehicle. Police say Broccolo was heading south when the vehicle he was driving had a tire blow out. The vehicle then hit a guard rail and rolled. Police say Broccolo was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
