LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) Nine “Wave Makers “were celebrated recently during the Undercurrent Awards held Thursday night at Moncus Park.
The event recognized the special work of individuals whose altruistic efforts make Lafayette a better place to live.
Former KLFY anchor and CBS lead national correspondent, David Begnaud hosted the event, which was put on by nonprofit news publication, The Current.
