CR 400 South is now fully open between SR 29 and SR 25. The final segment of the 9-year 13.8 million dollar project has been opened, with only minor cleanup activities yet to be done. Completion of the project serves as a connection between SR 29 and SR 25 in Washington and Clinton Townships. It not only provides another truck route to the Clymers Agri-Business Park, but also provides additional connectivity to the Logansport/Cass County Airport and the Logansport Industrial Park.
The project was funded with approximately 90 percent federal and state money, and 10 percent local economic development funds.
