Montgomery County and City of Rockville Police are investigating a traffic collision Thursday at 8:41 p.m. in which a driver and a bicyclist collided in the area of Rockville Pike and Talbott Street.
Montgomery County Fire and Rescue personnel responded to the scene.
The male bicyclist had life-threatening injuries, according to police Thursday evening.
The driver remained on the scene.
