A man accused in a deadly shootout at a Columbus gas station had his bond set at his arraignment Friday morning.
Nineteen-year-old Tyyaun Sullivan was arrested Thursday in connection with the Oct. 30 shooting that left bystander Kevin Sobnosky dead from a gunshot wound to the head.
The shooting took place at the Sheetz gas station on North Cassady Avenue.
Sullivan faces three counts of felonious assault, and his bond for those alleged crimes was set at $2.5 million. Sullivan also is facing a weapons charge for which his bond was set at $250,000.
ABC 6's Mike McCarthy reported Friday that Sullivan had posted bond in a separate felonious assault case back in February. That case is still pending, but because of it, he was not allowed to possess a gun at the time of the October shooting.
Sullivan is the second suspect arrested in the Sheetz shooting. Eighteen-year-old Malachi Demetrish Ross was arrested on Nov. 14. A Franklin County grand jury indicted him on nine counts, including murder.
Police said eight men with semi-automatic rifles came out of the gas station and a gun battle ensued.
