Willie Victory's family reported him missing Thursday afternoon.
Police say he made suicidal statements to family during his last contact with them. His vehicle was located unoccupied with the keys in it on Highway 67 over the Missouri River.

Victory is a black male, age 39, height 5 feet 5 inches, 150 pounds, black hair, brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hat with gold trim, a heather gray t-shirt, a black jacket, and black jogging pants.
