ACCUSATIONS. NEW AT SEX, MORE CONCERNS OVER A SMALL TOWNS PLAN TO DOUBLE ITS SIZE. KCCI HAS BEEN FOLLOWING ALDERMAN’S PROPOSAL TO ANNEX MORE THAN 1700 ACRES TO HALT THE CITY OF ANKENY FROM ENCROACHING FURTHER NORTH. EARLIER THIS WEEK, POLK COUNTY SUPERVISORS QUESTIONED WHETHER ALDERMAN HAS THE RESOURCES NECESSARY TO EXPAND ITS ROADS AND UTILITIES.
