Police said they were called to a domestic dispute and found it was "about using the bathroom."
Elaine Kelly, 52, had been living there with two other people for about two weeks.

Next, the report said, they saw “Elaine exiting the kitchen with a kitchen knife in her hand, held at her side, as she approached [one of the victims].

According to the arrest report, “During the struggle, Elaine reached for a large pot of hot oil on the stove and pushed it in [a victim]'s direction, causing it to splash all over his exposed stomach and upper thigh area. [The other] then pushed Elaine outside of the residence through the side door and called 911.
“Riviera Beach Fire Rescue arrived on scene and transported [the victim] to [the hospital] to be treated for his injuries. Medical personnel from the hospital informed [an officer] that [the victim] suffered from second-degree burns to his skin (partial thickness), causing permanent damage to his skin.”
Elaine Kelly was charged with domestic aggravated battery to cause great harm.
She was booked on Nov. 26 at 5:19 p.m. and released the next day at 8:56 p.m., in lieu of $2,000 bond, and supervision.
