Clear and cold tonight, showers return by Saturday morning

The winds are finally decreasing this evening under clear skies. This will lead to our coldest night of the week with temperatures dropping into the 20s by Friday morning.

Friday features lots of sunshine as we remain chilly with temperatures reaching 47 by the mid afternoon. Clouds increase Friday evening as we prepare for some rain to kick off the weekend.

We see two rounds of showers on Saturday. The first round will arrive just before sunrise and last into the mid-morning hours. Much of late morning and early afternoon will be breezy and mild before the actual front arrives by mid-afternoon, producing a brief line of showers. once the front clears, a northwest breeze develops and and we colder Saturday night into Sunday.
