Businesses only exist when they can make a profit. It’s difficult at best, impossible at worse, to make a profit in an area where thievery is rampant.

They are putting a dierbergs in Crestwood because they have the money and people will shop there. The same can't be said everywhere, just get over it that's part of living in certain areas
