PHOTOS: Extreme Team’s Making Spirits Bright lights at Cowley Park

Mark Peterson and the Extreme Team weren’t at Cowley Park today, but they’ve made some great progress!

The Christmas lights aren’t on quite yet, but they will be Thursday night.

Volunteers from Avista, Horizon Credit Union, Ace Hardware, and the National Utility Contractors Association helped hang up lights all over the park on Monday and Tuesday.
