A man was wounded in a shooting during an argument with another man in the Mission Hills area of Los Angeles, authorities said Monday. The shooting occurred just after 7 p.m. Sunday in the 14800 block of Devonshire Street, according to Officer D. Orris of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center.
