Authorities continue to search for the man they say is responsible for the fatal shooting that left one person dead at a Fort Myers restaurant.

Hector Edgardo Perdomo, 24, is accused of shooting and killing Alfredo Aragon Arvea, of North Fort Myers, on Nov. 13 in the parking lot of the El Patron Mexican Restaurante, 3639 Palm Beach Boulevard.

Authorities say Perdomo also shot a second victim, who survived.

The investigation led Fort Myers police to Kenner, Louisiana, where officials say Perdomo has an outstanding warrant for second-degree battery and aggravated assault against a dating partner.

Officials issued that warrant Aug. 20. Local authorities say he's known to use the alias of Hector Perdomo Oliva.

Capt. Michael Cunningham, spokesperson for the Kenner Police Department, confirmed the warrant and added they're working closely with Fort Myers police on tracking Perdomo.

Cunnigham said his girlfriend told authorities he's 5'7 tall and weighs approximately 190 lbs. Officials don't have a suspect vehicle available.

Authorities urge anyone with information regarding Perdomo's whereabouts to contact the Fort Myers Police Department or Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).

Tipsters may also be eligible for a reward of up to $3,000 in cash if their tip leads to an arrest.
