Hughley’s post came as details about West and Kardashian’s divorce settlement were made public on Tuesday.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the Skims founder, 42, and “Donda” rapper, 45, will have joint custody with “equal access” to their four children – North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.

The “Kings of Comedy” star said Ye’s “life imitates” his own art.

Sources close to Kardashian told TMZ that she will continue to have the kids 80 percent of the time.

In addition to paying the “Kardashians” star a hefty payment each month for child support, he is also responsible for half of their educational costs, including their tuition and security expenses.

West and Kardashian both waived spousal support and split their assets according to their prenuptial agreement.

The Skkn CEO filed for divorce from the “All Falls Down” rapper in February 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage. Page Six was first to reveal the couple was calling it quits.

Though West made several public pleas to win his wife back — including taking jabs at her then-boyfriend Pete Davidson — a judge declared Kardashian “legally single” in March 2022.
