An injured deer hunter is in the hospital after being found and transported from Trophy Club on Tuesday.
Trophy Club police and fire got a call saying the unidentified hunter had fallen from a tree and was injured. The caller could not give a precise location so the search began in a very rugged, wooded area near the Tarrant-Denton county line.
After an extended search, the hunter was found and flown to Medical City Denton by PHI Air Ambulance, according to reports. The hunter's name and condition has not been released.
