Xbox Game Pass Losing 7 Games Today

Today, November 30, Xbox Game Pass loses seven total games, including a couple of popular ones, across every platform: PC, Console, and Cloud.

Alongside the addition of Warhammer 40K Darktide on PC today, Xbox Game Pass subscribers are saying goodbye to seven games. Oftentimes, the additions to Xbox Game Pass far outpace the removals and today and yesterday prove that. While seven leave today, three have been added between today and yesterday, making up for that half. That’s obviously not mentioning the plethora of Xbox Game Pass games made available throughout November.

While additions are always exciting regardless of what they are, some removal days are worse than others. Major titles have bid farewell to Xbox Game Pass before, sometimes multiple, but as it stands, today seems rather typical. Depending on one’s taste, 2-3 popular games are leaving the service, whereas the others are just standard fare.

Notably, all departures today are leaving every available platform: PC, Cloud, and Console. Mortal Shell is one of the biggest loses, as it is a popular Soulslike game, and Final Fantasy 13-2 is another sad departure. While Xbox Game Pass made a big deal about adding Final Fantasy games in the past, they’ve slowly left the service. Xbox Game Pass slowly became a ghost town for Final Fantasy games, with Final Fantasy 13-2 and Lightning Returns being the only two games on the service. After today, all that leaves is Lightning Returns until it is inevitably removed today. Every game leaving today follows.

Xbox Game Pass Games List – Leaving November 30

  • Archvale (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Deeeer Simulator (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Final Fantasy 13-2 (Console, Cloud)
  • Mind Scanners (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Mortal Shell (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Space Warlord Organ Trading Simulator (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Warhammer 40K Battlesector (Console, PC, Cloud)

Of course, with November coming to a close, Xbox Game Pass users have December to look forward to. Hello Neighbor 2, Chained Echoes, and High on Life have all been confirmed for Game Pass next month, with an announcement coming in the next few days. Microsoft typically announces 2 waves every month, split between the two.

While additions can happen at basically anytime, sometimes even by surprise, the rotation of games leaving remains consistent. Fans can expect to say goodbye to more games in the middle and at the end of December, but there will likely be more than enough made available on Xbox Game Pass to make up for them, all the same.

Xbox Game Pass subscribers get (and lose) a handful of games every month.
