why does my freesat box need a re-tune every time its turned on?

in Freesat+ Recorders #1
after that I get no audio but do get pictures,then if I go to audio settings I get the audio.

Thoughts any one?

    MY main thought would be - why didn't you mention what box you have?.

    Make sure that you have the latest firmware installed, then force a factory reset. If you still have issues after that contact Freesat. You might have a faulty unit.
