Cars crashed into CVS stores in Rhode Island and Massachusetts on Tuesday.
Glocester police said a woman drove straight into the building at 1068 Putnam Pike in Chepachet at about 2:35 p.m.
She was taken to a hospital for evaluation, but had no apparent injuries.
No additional information about the driver was released.
A hole in the wall was surrounded by yellow police tape, and insulation and pieces of metal littered the sidewalk outside the building.
Glocester police said the store, which was temporarily closed, had reopened.
The building was structurally sound.
A CVS store in Whitman, Massachusetts, was also struck by a car Tuesday night.
A car ran into a column in front the entrance, knocking off a bunch of bricks.
No injuries were reported, but the crash brought out the building inspector.
The store was closed for a short time, but then was allowed to reopen.
