An iconic Massachusetts restaurant chain is expanding to New Hampshire.A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Tuesday at the new Salem location of Kelly's Roast Beef.The company said a busy location during its peak season can sell upwards of 20,000 roast beef sandwiches per month. Across its multiple locations, Kelly's estimates that 1 million sandwiches are sold each year. Anthony Librot, COO and CFO of AAM 15 Management, said expanding to New Hampshire has been a focus of the company."The town has worked with us in tremendous ways," Librot said. "Obviously, the labor market is incredibly tight. But that being said, we have been incredibly successful to find very, very good people to work with us, and the town has really embraced us, and we've been incredibly excited about that."The company said this is the first of 12 restaurants it hopes to open in New Hampshire over the next six years.
