The Resource Center of Spokane County (RCSC) is becoming known as the premier social services one-stop center because of the number of services, resources, and support provided under one roof. The experience provided at the Resource Center of Spokane County is tailored to provide life-changing services that address four pillars of opportunity: economic empowerment, educational advancement, health & wellness, and individual improvement.

The Resource Center (of Spokane County) exists thanks to an amazing partnership of local non-profits, the city, county, and workforce council… we’re available to serve anyone who wants to stabilize or advance their financial well-being.
