(WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Some adults complained to a north suburban library board this week about a book that was read to children over the summer.
The title of the book read at the Lincolnwood Public Library was “The Hips on the Drag Queen Go Swish, Swish, Swish.”
Pamela Lefkowitz told board members Monday the book should be placed in the adult section. But another adult said she read the book in question and found nothing objectionable in it for an audience of children.
The board did not take any action.
