Bottling Company International to establish manufacturing and distribution operations in Warren County
Spirits manufacturer and distributor to invest more than $9 million, create nearly 60 new jobs in Morrison. Nashville – Bottling Company International (BCI) officials announced today the company will invest $9.5M to establish a new bottling, storage and distribution facility in Morrison, Tennessee. As a result of the project, BCI will create 57 new jobs in Warren County.

Jamboree to sponsor judges for TN songwriters week
“We are so excited to be a part of a Tennessee music tradition of songwriters,” said Jamboree president Kim Luton. Smithville – The Smithville Fiddler’s Jamboree will sponsor judges for the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development (TDTD), Tennessee Songwriters Week. TDTD, was established in 2019 to “support music venues, celebrate songwriters with live performances in all genres of music, drive visitation and inspire travelers to experience the state’s music stores, history, attractions and venues,” according to a statement released by the Jamboree.

“Highbury” Site property renderings released
Phase one of project expected to be complete in about a year. Cookeville – The Upper Cumberland Business journal has acquired renderings of the future Highbury Subdivision that will sit next to the Honda Dealership at the corner of Neal Street and East Veterans Drive in Cookeville. Initial plans place 147 lots in the subdivision with phase one finishing up construction in approximately one year, according to sources.
