The Grinch has struck again in Chowchilla, according to police.

Officers were called out to Ed Ray Park Thursday night for noise complaints.

When officers arrived, they say they found a person playing around at the skate park and being very loud and bothersome.

As the officers got closer with their lights, they noticed the green hair and realized it was in fact The Grinch.

Officers chased him for a bit to try and capture him, however, The Grinch was too slick and got away.

Officers say they were able to find evidence left behind by the green menace.

The Chowchilla Police Department was then called out four days later, on Monday night, by Califa Lights for reports of the one and only Grinch vandalizing their light show display.

Luckily, an officer was in the area and was able to chase off the green mean one before he could ruin another person’s Christmas.

The Grinch is still on the loose and wanted.

Police say he seems to be getting more active in his shenanigans as we come closer to the Chowchilla Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting.

The Chowchilla Police Department encourages residents to keep sending in their tips so The Grinch can finally be caught before Christmas.
