Over the course of the last three weeks, Packers rookie wide receiver Christian Watson has burst onto the scene. And Fantasy football owners who were lucky enough to land Watson off the Fantasy football waiver wire or who stashed him after the draft have been rewarded with enormous production. Watson has 12 catches for 265 and six touchdowns in the last three games and he's a pretty clear starter for Week 13 Fantasy football lineups against the dreadful Bears.

But Watson isn't going to do you a lot of good if you have a hole in your lineup that you're hoping to plug on the Week 13 Fantasy football waiver wire. So who should you be targeting and how much of your free agency budget should you be willing to spend with time running out this season? Before determining who to target on the Week 13 Fantasy football waiver wire, be sure to see what SportsLine Fantasy football analyst Jacob Gibbs has to say.

Gibbs uses a data-driven approach that has helped him consistently provide accurate rankings at every position. He has proven to be one of the nation's most accurate Fantasy rankers in recent years -- posting the eighth-most accurate results over the past three seasons, according to Fantasy Pros.

Now, he's revealed his top waiver wire pick from among the widely available Fantasy football free agents entering Week 13. You can see his top Fantasy NFL waiver wire picks and full analysis over at SportsLine

Top Fantasy football waiver wire picks for Week 13

One player Gibbs is advising Fantasy players to target on the Week 13 waiver wire: Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones. The former second-round pick out of East Carolina has been a reliable receiver throughout his career but he hasn't been particularly Fantasy relevant throughout his career. However, he's the second-most targeted receiver in Jacksonville behind Christian Kirk and his 58 receptions on the season actually lead the team.

Jones is coming off a monster performance against the Ravens in Week 12 where he was targeted 14 times and caught 11 passes for 145 yards. It was the second 100-yard receiving game of his career and his second game with 10 or more catches, with both of those contests happening this season. The sixth-year veteran has been Trevor Lawrence's security blanket all season and there's value in the target volume he's seeing at the moment.

Gibbs is also strongly recommending Bills wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie as a Week 13 waiver wire pickup. The Georgia product has been a return man and a reserve wide receiver for Buffalo over the last five seasons and many had him tabbed as a potential Fantasy football breakout this season with Cole Beasley leaving the team and McKenzie in line to take over in the slot.

That hasn't quite materialized as some hoped but McKenzie is coming off his biggest game of the season against the Lions. He was targeted 10 times and caught six passes for 96 yards and a touchdown while also playing a season-high 73% of the offensive snaps. McKenzie is only rostered in 28% of CBS leagues and could make a valuable addition down the stretch.
