He would have been one of the team's top backs next year as a junior. His sophomore season was limited by injuries and playing behind Cartevious Norton and senior Jirehl Brock. When he played, he flashed a lot of talent.Silas had 60 attempts and averaged 4.5 yards per carry, scoring 3 TDs. The Memphis native thanked his coaches and teammates in a Twitter post before saying he was entering the portal.ISU finished the season 4-8, their worst season in six years.
