TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) — Tucson police identified a man who was hit and killed by a car Monday near North Kolb Road and East Rosewood Street.
Kevin Richard Stephens, 60, was hit just before 6 p.m. Monday evening.
Police say Stephens was trying to cross Kolb from west to east when he was hit by a vehicle heading north.
The driver, an 18-year-old man, stopped at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
Stephens was not in a crosswalk.
No citations have been issued.
