SCITUATE, R.I. (WPRI) — A dozen people were arrested and charged with driving under the influence during Thanksgiving weekend, Rhode Island State Police said Monday.
Troopers also responded to 82 crashes around the state and issued 598 traffic citations, according to state police.
Police said they made more than twice as many DUI arrests over the last Fourth of July weekend in Rhode Island.
