According to an NFL press release, the following three San Francisco 49ers players lead their respective positions in Pro Bowl votes for the NFC.

For those wondering where some other 49ers players stand, ESPN's Nick Wagoner states that Christian McCaffrey is the second running back in the voting for the NFC, behind Saquon Barkley of the New York Giants. In addition, George Kittle is second among NFC tight ends, behind T.J. Hockenson of the Minnesota Vikings.

Fred Warner is third among NFC linebackers, and Talanoa Hufanga is seventh among NFC strong safeties.

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson leads all players in the balloting with 90,313 votes. He is followed by Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes (87,384 votes), while Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce (85,785), Barkley (83,947), and Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill (83,576) round out the top five.

Fans can vote for their favorite players using the official NFL Pro Bowl ballot. Starting December 1, fans will also be able to vote directly on Twitter for the final two weeks of voting by tweeting the first and last name of the player, the player's official Twitter handle, or a hashtag including the player's first and last name. All methods must include the hashtag #ProBowlVote.

The Pro Bowl Games will be a week-long celebration of player skills featuring a new format that spotlights flag football. The annual Pro Bowl game between the selected players has been eliminated. Instead, the new multi-day AFC vs. NFC competition will culminate in an action-packed flag football game between Pro Bowl players at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday, February 5, 2023.
