Pittsburgh Public Safety said happened just before 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of I-579 and the Boulevard of the Allies.
When Police arrived they found the woman in serious but stable condition.
The driver of the vehicle fled the scene and the ramp was shut down for a time as authorities processed the scene.
