A former Dallas cop faces more charges after he fired a gun inside of an Uber.

Former Dallas Police officer Anthony Heims turned himself in Monday morning on a misdemnor deadly conduct charge, according to reports.

Heims quickly bonded out after appearing before a judge.

Heims was fired after his arrest for firing his service weapon through the roof of an Uber while off-duty earlier this month.

A police affidavit claims Heims was in the back seat of the Uber and a fellow officer was in the front when an argument ensued. Heims reportedly pulled his weapon, pointed it at the fellow officer and a struggle ensued. The gun went off and the bullet went through the sunroof.

Heims already faces an aggravated assault charge which is a felony, but the Dallas District Attorney's office filed the additional midemenor charge on behalf of the Uber driver.
