On Monday, we had previously incorrectly reported that Kennedy had already  been arrested for the murder of Taylor. An arrest warrant had been issued at that time, but he was not yet in custody until Wednesday.

According to the Cleveland Division of Police, Taylor was reported missing on Sunday, Nov. 13, after her family had not heard from her since around Oct. 8.

Taylor was found on Thursday dead from a gunshot wound to the head and buried in the backyard of a home in Pennsylvania, where her live-in boyfriend was recently seen.

This is a developing story.
