HIS DEATH WAS RULED AN ACCIDENT. A WATER MAIN BREAK IN LANCASTER COUNTY HAS BEEN REPAIRED. THE BREAK HAPPENED ALONG MANHEIM PIKE IN ENTERPRISE WAY IN MANHEIM TOWNSHIP AROUND 4:00 THIS MORNING. IT SHUT OFF WATER TO A DOZEN BUSINESSES AND SOME RESIDENTS. CREWS HAVE DONE A TEMPORARY REPAIR TO THE LINE, A PERMANENT WILL BE DONE LATER. Two water main breaks fixed in Lancaster County
UPDATE: A water main break in Lancaster County has been repaired. Some water customers in Lancaster County were dealing with no water, low pressure or discolored water.Officials said there were two water main breaks at Manheim Pike and Enterprise Way in Manheim Township early Monday morning. WGAL received reports from viewers of water problems in Manheim Township as well as East Hempfield Township.The Lancaster Public Works director tells News 8 that aging infrastructure led to the breaks. Crews have a temporary repair in place to the line. A permanent repair will take place at another time. Enterprise Way will remain closed to traffic for several days to assess for potential sink holes.
