LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – According to a WalletHub report released in May, 695 is the average credit score in America, based on the VantageScore model.

A recent WalletHub study ranked states’ average credit scores based on TransUnion data as of October 2022.

Minnesota topped the list for the state with the highest credit score at 724, and Mississippi came in as the lowest at 662, according to the study.

Kentucky came in at 42nd with an average credit score of 678.
