Embarrassing Buccaneers loss should lead to quick change

The Buccaneers need to make a simple decision with Byron Leftwich after that loss to the Browns. Anything else would be a massive mistake.
The Buccaneers just lost to the Browns without their starting quarterback after the bye week. The Browns, who are one of the worst defensive teams in the league right now, held Tom Brady and the Bucs to a measly 17 points, and that is a perfect sign as to why this season has been so bad for Tampa.
Teams with bad offenses don’t succeed in the modern NFL, and somehow the Bucs have one of the worst offenses in the league despite having Tom Brady, numerous quality wide receiver weapons, and an offensive coordinator that has been attached to some of the best offenses in the league over the past few years.
Unfortunately, that shine on offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich is completely gone. The Bucs have to fire Leftwich, and doing anything else after this point should be the end of Todd Bowles in Tampa as well.
Leftwich has put together one of the worst offensive schemes in the history of the league when looking at the weapons he has. Why the team relies on the run so much during an era where the run has taken a step back, ignores analytics, and continues to do the same thing when it doesn’t work is beyond this writer, but it all comes back to Leftwich.
If he refuses to come into the modern era and reflect, Byron Leftwich has no future with the Buccaneers (or any other team in the NFL).
That loss should be the nail in the coffin for Leftwich. If the season is to be saved, the Buccaneers need to make this move tonight.
