NEWTON, Kan. (KSNW) – One man is dead, and another man is injured following a crash on Interstate 135 in Harvey County early Sunday. It happened around midnight.
The Kansas Highway Patrol said a 2012 Nissan Altima was northbound in the southbound lanes of I-135 when it collided with a sprinter van.
Forty-five-year-old Jeremy Sagerty of Wichita, who was driving the Altima, died in the crash.
The other driver, from California, was transported to a Wichita hospital with minor injuries.
