I'm Rounding Up Every Song I Hope We Get During Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour — What Are Your Thoughts?

In my humble opinion, there would be no better song to open the show than the opening track of Taylor's Midnights album. Those first few beats are a total jam and that first utterance of "meet me at midnight" will send all the Swifties screaming.

As one of the most notable (and most relatable) tracks from Midnights, this one is almost certain to be included on the setlist. Get us amped right away, Tay. We're the problem. It's us.

There will be something healing about yelling this entire Midnights song word for word at top volume.

Now that we've heard a few hits from her new record, we're going back in time to 1989. Taylor never goes out of style (hence this entire tour), so this would be a fitting and fabulous throwback.

Since spirits are high from "Style," we launch into the Lovers era, where this banger awaits. 

Our voices are getting hoarse now but we're all going to scream this Red track at the top of our lungs, thank you very much! 

For the safety and well-being of all, we need something slower paced. This would be a great time for Taylor to take us back to the beginning with this iconic tune from her very first album in 2006. 

Perhaps we can be blessed with this one from her first album, too. You still remember the lyrics.

Now, we're moving into Fearless territory, which means we'll obviously need to hear the song that wore out our iPod Shuffle.

2008 you is living!

We mustn't forget about Speak Now, released in 2010. Hearing this empowering track would be the perfect choice from this album.

Another Speak Now essential. 

We've revisited the songs of Taylor Swift's girlhood so we get this Midnights feature. God rest our souls.

It's all good! We shake off all those bad memories with this 1989 hit.

Despite shaking it off, we still want revenge, so we're getting this fan-favorite from Midnights. 

"Vigilante Shit" is giving Reputation vibes so the song flows right into "...Ready For It?" and we are not ready for it.

Even though the old Taylor can't come to the phone right now, she's very much alive. We get this epic Reputation number.

And this Reputation one, too. 

Jumping forward to a different point in her career, it would be amazing to hear Taylor perform the first track from Evermore, "Willow." Try not to dance to this one. 

This era of Taylor carried Swifties through the pandemic. Folklore's most notable single poetically shares the pain of heartbreak.

Imagine "Cardigan" segueing into "Wildest Dreams" from 1989, though...

...before transitioning into this Midnights track that describes an old relationship not meant to be.

A necessary jam from Lover.

The moment this Red track begins, you know what's coming right after it...

Brace yourself. You better not be in line for the bathroom. May the concert gods grant us a performance of the full 10-minute version.

After remembering things all too well, the entire venue dances to "Karma" from Midnights. So fun.

There is just no better follow-up to "Karma" than this Lover track.

Enter Evermore. This hauntingly beautiful ballad would be amazing to see live.

"Tolerate It" could perhaps be woven in with this song from the same album, describing happiness and healing after heartbreak. This would round out the slower-paced tunes for the night and lead into...

This could be a great tune to top off the night, as it's a vault track, and it's the perfect upbeat finale!
