Rochester Police Officers responded to the area of Brown Street for the report of a motor vehicle accident involving multiple cars around 2:28 a.m. Saturday.
Upon arrival, officers located three vehicles involved in the crash.
Police say a woman in her 30's, believed to have been ejected from one of the vehicles, was found and pronounced dead on scene.
Two additional passengers, a man and woman both in their 20's, were also found, both from separate cars.
They were both transported to Strong Hospital where they are currently being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Drivers from all three vehicles fled the scene and have yet to be located.
This is an active investigation and the scene is still being held, Brown Street between W Main Street and Hertel Street, will remain closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
